This policy covers the vn-mdm.com website and its registration, trial and contact forms. Processing of device data inside the VN-MDM product is governed by the service agreement with each customer.
Information we collect
What you enter in our forms: name, company, email, phone number, address, tax ID (if provided), subscription plan, device count and your message.
Minimal technical data to prevent spam: IP address and browser type at the time of submission.
The website uses no advertising cookies. The user guide stores your language choice in your browser.
How we use it
To contact you, set up a trial, process service registrations, prepare contracts and invoices, send quotes and provide the support you request. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Storage and protection
Information is stored on servers managed by VN-MDM and is accessible only to our sales and support staff. It is kept as long as needed for these purposes or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you submitted, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by emailing us at the address below.
