What is VN-MDM?
VN-MDM is a mobile device management (MDM) system for businesses in Vietnam. From one web console, IT enrolls iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android and Windows devices, installs apps, configures Wi-Fi/VPN/email, enforces security policies and locks or wipes devices remotely.
How much does VN-MDM cost?
Pricing is per device per year: 299,000 VND (1–10 devices), 249,000 VND (11–100), 199,000 VND (101–500). Fleets over 500 devices get a custom quote. Every plan includes every feature, and there is a free trial.
Can MDM read employees' messages, photos or personal passwords?
No. MDM manages device settings, apps and policies. It does not read messages, photos, personal email or browsing history. On personal phones with a work profile (Android BYOD), the company only manages the work side.
What do I need to get started?
A VN-MDM account (request a trial) and the devices you want to manage. For Apple you need an admin Apple ID to create the push certificate; Apple Business Manager is recommended for automated enrollment. For Android you need a Google account to link Managed Google Play.
Can I enroll devices we already own, or do we need new ones?
Existing devices work. Enroll Apple devices with a link, Android with a QR code (after resetting for company management) and Windows from Settings. New Apple devices bought through authorized resellers can enroll themselves at power-on.
How is VN-MDM different from Microsoft Intune, Jamf or other global tools?
VN-MDM focuses on Vietnamese businesses: a Vietnamese console and docs, a local support team, pricing in VND with every feature in every plan, and Apple, Android and Windows in one console.
Where is our data stored?
